Infertility Clinic
Compassionate, evidence-based fertility care — evaluating both partners and offering personalised treatments to help you realise the dream of parenthood.
Hope, Science, and Compassion
Infertility — defined as the inability to conceive after 12 months of regular unprotected intercourse (or 6 months if the woman is over 35) — affects 1 in 6 couples. With the right investigation and treatment, the majority achieve pregnancy.
Dr. Abha's Infertility Clinic offers comprehensive evaluation of both partners, followed by a staged, personalised treatment plan — from simple lifestyle correction and ovulation induction to advanced IUI protocols.

Our Step-by-Step Approach
Initial Consultation & History
A detailed clinical history of both partners — menstrual cycle, sexual history, past pregnancies, medical conditions, medications and lifestyle factors.
Fertility Investigations
Day-2 hormonal profile (FSH, LH, AMH, prolactin, thyroid), transvaginal ultrasound for antral follicle count, Hysterosalpingography (HSG) for tubal patency, and semen analysis.
Diagnosis & Counselling
Results reviewed and explained in detail. Realistic success rates communicated. Lifestyle interventions (weight, alcohol, smoking, supplements) discussed alongside medical options.
Ovulation Induction
Clomiphene citrate or letrozole with monitored follicular tracking ultrasound — the first-line treatment for anovulatory infertility, particularly in PCOS.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
Washed, concentrated sperm placed directly into the uterus around ovulation — effective for mild male factor, unexplained infertility and cervical factor cases.
Tertiary Referral (IVF / ICSI)
When simpler treatments are unsuccessful, timely referral to a specialist IVF centre is arranged — with Dr. Abha continuing to support you throughout the process.
